It’s Almost Here!

The Comet Run is our biggest fundraiser of the year! It brings our entire school community together for a fun, high-energy day focused on fitness, school spirit, and supporting our kids.

It all starts on Thursday, October 15 with our official Kickoff! From that day on, students will start gathering pledges from family, friends, and neighbors. Then, after a few weeks of tracking our progress and hitting milestones, we'll celebrate on Thursday, November 5 when every grade heads to the track to run, walk, dance, and cross the finish line together.

Why We Need Your Support

Comet Run is Kehley’s biggest fundraiser of the year. Every single donation goes directly back to our school. The funds raised through the Comet Run pay for the extra resources that make our school day special, including:

• Classroom Supplies & Tech: Getting teachers the hands-on materials, books, and updated technology they need.

• School Enrichment: Funding special programs, campus upgrades, and events that benefit every student.

• Teacher Support: Giving our educators the tools and backing to build dynamic learning spaces.

Prizes & Schoolwide Goals

To keep the momentum going from Kickoff to run day, students earn fun rewards as their class hits new fundraising milestones. They can unlock everything from Hat Days and Fort Days to classroom Pizza Parties.

Plus, we have huge school-wide challenges lined up! If the school hits its main fundraising goals, we'll see staff dress up in crazy outfits, host a Teacher Lip Sync Battle, throw a Color Run, and stage an Inflatable Race with our administrative team and top three teachers.

How to Get Involved

1. Donate on GoFundSchools: Once Kickoff launches on Oct 15, head over to GoFundSchools to make a secure online donation and credit your student's class. Link to come!

2. Spread the Word: Share your student’s fundraising link with family, neighbors, and friends.

3. Mark Your Calendar: Join us on Thursday, November 5 to help us root on our runners!
